- 2. You have 10 days from the date of Invoice to report any damaged or defective merchandise, miss-ships or short ships. If there are damages or any other problems with your order, please call, fax or e-mail a description of the merchandise and problem and we will then issue an RA#, which will allow us to process the return. No credit for damaged or defective merchandise will be issued prior to receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
- 3. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RA#
- 4. After a valid RA# has been issued by us, please send the return to:

Please make sure RA# is clearly written on the outside of box or it will be refused
- 5. It is your responsibility to make sure the packages are insured and can be tracked
- WE DO NOT SELL ON A CONSIGNMENT BASIS,therefore we do not accept returns because an item is not selling
- 7. We do not offer a lifetime guarantee on any of our products.However, if a customer returns a watch within 14 days of purchase date from you, we will accept the return if the merchandise is defective onl.,Under no circumstances will we give credit for watches that are used, simply because the customer returned it to you.
- 8. If you choose to allow your customer to return watches to you beyond the 14 days of purchase, please be advised, that is your problem and we will not accept the returns.
- 9. We will, within the warranty period repair or replace at our discretion all defective watches.
